Salvador Macias

Salvador Macias is an immigration attorney and community advocate dedicated to serving Phoenix's Latino immigrant community. As President of Los Abogados and an attorney with Macias Law, LPC, Salvador has built his career around advocating for individuals and families navigating the complexities of the immigration system, using his legal expertise to provide hope and support to those facing some of life's most difficult circumstances.

Salvador's commitment to service extends well beyond his professional responsibilities. As Civil Rights Chair for Los Abogados, he developed legal presentations and created more than 500 preparation folders to help community members understand and navigate their rights. He has also provided free legal consultations in partnership with the Mexican Consulate in Arizona and, as lead attorney for a citizenship campaign, reviewed more than 280 citizenship applications at no cost to help eligible community members participate in the 2024 election.

A 2022 graduate of Valle del Sol's Hispanic Leadership Institute, Salvador continues to give back to the HLI community, including recently presenting to the 2026 class on advocacy. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Arizona State University and was recognized with the Ed Pastor Outstanding Graduate Student Award in 2017. He has also received the 2025 Emerging Leader Award from Los Abogados and the Outstanding Leader Award from Aguila Youth Leadership. Through his legal practice, community leadership, and ongoing service, Salvador has become a powerful advocate for immigrant families and a dedicated voice for the Latino community.
